天竺葵茎挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

GC/MS Analysis on the Essential Oil in Geranium Stem

目的测定分析天竺葵茎中的挥发油成分及组成。方法采用索氏提取仪萃取后,用GC/MS联用仪测定天竺葵茎中的挥发油成分。结果共鉴定出三十多种化学成分,其中含量较大的有顺-9-二十三烯、1-二十二烯、二十一烷、山嵛醇、维生素E、二十四烷、1-二十六烷醇、顺-9-二十烯、1-十八烷烯、磷酸三(正)丁酯、油酸及正二十醇等,共占分离出物质总量的72.44%。结论天竺葵茎中的挥发油成分复杂,且以烯类、烷类及醇类成分居多。

Objective To measure and analyze the components of essential oils from Geranium stem.Methods Its chemical components were extracted by Soxhlet extraction equipment and were determined by GC/MS.Results The components contained 30 chemical compositions,in which were rich in（Z）-9-Tricosene,Vitamin,Heneicosane,1-Docosene,1-Docosanol,Tetracosane,1-Hexacosanol,9-Tricosenes,1-Octadecene,Tributyl phosphate,（E）-9-Octadecenoicacid,1-Eicosanol,accouating for 72.44%.Conclusion Alkenes,alkanes,and Butanols are made up the bulk in 30 kinds of components.
