春夏两季杨梅树叶部精油成分及抗氧化活性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨不同季节乌杨梅叶部精油成分与抗氧化活性的差异。方法采用GC-MS联用技术结合Kovats保留指数对比法分析了春夏两季乌杨梅鲜叶精油的成分,运用DPPH自由基清除法、β-胡萝卜素漂白法和硫代巴比妥酸法对精油抗氧化活性进行了综合对比分析。结果春季精油产量(0.13%)高于夏季(0.05%),春季精油成分以倍半萜烯含氧衍生物为主(占52.69%),夏季精油则以倍半萜烯为主(占70.04%),其中5-羟基白菖烯是变化差异最为显著的特征成分。春季精油表现出优良的脂质抗氧化和清除DPPH自由基活性,而夏季精油仅表现出有限的脂质抗氧化能力。结论杨梅叶精油产量和品质随季节而变化,春夏两季精油的抗氧化活性差异可能与它们特征组分的相对含量存在显著差异有关。
