摘要
在砂浆中添加增密组分、微膨胀组分、减水憎水组分、防裂增韧组分组成复合防水抗裂体系,测试了砂浆的工作性、压折比、粘结强度、吸水量比、抗渗性、收缩率、抗裂性等基本性能指标,综合评价了其防水抗裂性能。结果表明,该砂浆可操作性良好,力学、防水、抗裂性能优异,完全满足国家相关防水抗裂砂浆标准的要求。
Adding the component of densifying agent, microdilatancy, water reducing agent,water repellent,anti-cracking agent and flexibilizer to the mortar,waterproof and anti-cracking composite system was formed. The working performance, upsets ratio, bond strength, soakage ratio,permeability, shrinkage ratio and anti-cracking property of this mortar were tested and the comprehensive waterproof and anti-cracking performance were evaluated. The results showed that the mortar has.good manipuility, mechanical property,waterproofing quality,and crack resistance,fully meeting the requirements in relevant national standards of waterproof and anti-cracking mortar.
