摘要
机场混凝土道面板板底脱空是主要的常见病害之一。以聚醚多元醇(羟值为56 mgKOH/g)、甲苯二异氰酸酯TD(I指数为1.08)和水发泡的聚氨酯泡沫体为例研究其理论配比。从理论上探索在既定抗压强度和弹性模量下如何确定聚氨酯各组分的配合比,以期对工程实践提供参考。
The void of the board bottom is one of the primary harm of the airfield runway. In this paper, the theoretical mix ratio of the polyurethane foam prepared by polyether polyol (hydroxyl value is 56 mg KOH/g), toluene di-isoeyanate (TDI) (index is 1.08) and water is studied. The theoretic mix ratio is ascertained under the given compressive strength and elastic modulus, expecting to direct the practice.
