新型改性木质素磺酸盐高效减水剂的合成与性能研究

摘要 根据混凝土外加剂分子结构设计理论,在反应体系中引入功能性单体和改性剂,按照3步改性合成工艺制备了改性木质素磺酸盐高效减水剂MCL,按相关国家标准进行性能测试,并与减水剂CLS、UNF-5进行对比试验。结果表明,改性后的MCL饱和掺量明显提高,减水增强性能显著改善,达到了萘系高效减水剂的性能水平,且缓凝效果减弱,有利于施工。 Based on molecular structure design theory of concrete admixtures, modified calcium lignosulfonate(MCL) type superplasticizer was prepared by the way of introducing functional monomer and modifying agent into chemical reaction systems according to the three-step modifying synthesis process. Testing was performed according to coneerued new national standard, and a contrasting experiment with water reducers CLS and UNF-5 was conducted. The results of experiment indicated that saturation dosage of MCL increased obviously,water reducing hardened strength improved significantly,some performances of MCL approached to the level of UNF-5 after chemical modification. The retarding effect of MCL was much weakened favorable to carrying out concrete construction.
