摘要
结合江西省彭湖高速水泥稳定碎石基层的施工,对其振动成型法配合比进行设计,并采用密实骨架型结构的工艺对水泥稳定碎石基层进行施工,通过对原材料、施工中的重点工序进行控制,减少了基层裂缝等病害,有效提高了基层的路用性能。
Combined with the construction of cement stabilized macadam base of Penghu Expressway in Jiangxi, the dense skeleton structure is applied in construction in terms of the mix proportion of vibratory shaping method. Raw materials and crucial construction processes are well controlled and, as a result, cracks on the base layer are reduced, and the pavement performance is improved.
