摘要
随着图书馆所处环境日益复杂,图书馆界开始重视战略规划的制定与实施。本文引入新公共服务理论,分析了其对图书馆战略规划原则和内容的影响,试图从新公共服务理论的视角创新图书馆战略规划。
With complexity of the environment, library pays attention to the establishment and implement of strategic planning. The paper uses new public service theory to analyze the principle and content of library strategic planning and try to innovate library strategic planning.
