剖宫产率升高社会因素分析及对策

Analysis and Countermeasure of Social Factors of Cesarean Section Rate's Rising

目的:探讨剖宫产率与剖宫产指征变化与健康教育的关系。方法:对3年来剖宫产率与剖宫产指征变化进行回顾性分析。结果:①剖宫产率明显上升,阴道助产率逐年下降,两者比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。②在剖宫产指征变化中,胎儿因素、社会因素呈明显上升趋势。结论:剖宫产指征明显放宽,社会因素是剖宫产上升的主要原因,因此降低剖宫产率关键是严格掌握剖宫产指征,加强产前健康教育,控制社会因素,降低剖宫产率。

Objective：To inquire into the cesarean section rate and cesarean changes in medical and health education.Methods： To analyse three years＇ cesarean rate and cesarean change retrospective.Results： ① Cesarean rate increased clearly,vaginal delivery rate declined year by year.There are significant differences between the compared（p0.01）.② In cesarean changes,fetal factors,social factors appeared rising trend clearly.Conclusion： Cesarean relaxed apparently,social factors is the main reason of cesarean rising,so the key of reducing the cesarean rate is to master the casarean section strictly,and strengthen prenatal health education,control social factors,reduce the rate of cesarean section.
