特大逆断层边缘厚煤层巷道锚杆支护技术的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对断层附近特厚煤体沿底掘进巷道维护困难的技术难题,采用岩层钻孔探测仪探测得知煤体破碎,裂隙发育情况,对厚煤层破碎煤体巷道围岩失稳原因进行分析,指出巷道围岩控制关键是及时有效地控制破碎煤体中裂隙的扩展贯通,防止破碎区扩大。据此提出"及时护顶,兼顾两帮"的围岩控制思路,并实施严格控制巷道成型,及时支护,高预应力锚杆支护技术和锚索补强支护技术。研究成果在现场初步得到成功应用,为类似条件围岩控制提供了参考和借鉴。 To solve the roadway maintenance along floor in thick seams at fault, the study uses rock drilling detecting instrument to detect the situation of broken fragment and fracture development, analyzes the instability mechanism of surrounding rock, and concludes that the key is to control the propagation and coalescence of cracks and to prevent the increase of broken zone. To control the surrounding rock, roof should be supported immediately, at the same time, high-pretensioned stress bolt supporting and cable supplement supporting should be used. The research has been successfully used in the spot, which isbeneficial to the similar situations.
