受二次动压影响大断面巷道强力锚杆支护技术

摘要 针对12211轨道顺槽受相邻工作面和本工作面的强烈采动影响,造成巷道围岩变形、破坏严重的情况,结合现场实际条件,采用现场调查、工程类比、理论分析及矿山压力观测相结合的研究方法,应用强力锚杆、金属网、钢带及锚索对巷道进行组合支护,有效地控制了巷道围岩变形,实现了煤巷安全高效掘进,取得了显著的技术经济效益和社会效益。 No. 12211 track transportation tunnel suffers the severe mining effects from its own and its adjacent working faces, so deformation of surrounding rocks and severe destruction are caused. On the hasis of actual condition, the study adopts comprehensive research methods, including: field survey, engineering analogy, theoretical analysis and pressure observing. The integrated supporting with strength bolt,metallic mesh, steel strips and cables effectively controls the deformation, realizes the efficient driving, and gains prominent technical, economical and social benefits.
