寒冷地区既有居住建筑能耗现状分析

Analysis on energy consumption of existing building in cold regions

主要对西安市既有建筑的现状进行了分析,阐述了西安地区的气候和地理特征,就西安地区围护结构在材料及构造措施方面的现状进行了总结,并实地测量分析了西安市某既有居住建筑的室内环境,最后对其围护结构的能耗情况进行了测算.上述研究发现,目前西安市的既有建筑围护结构热工性能较差,冬季室内环境存在阴冷等诸多问题.此外,建筑耗热量指标严重超出国家标准,围护结构节能改造的需求潜力巨大.

The present construction stuation in the city of Xi′an is analyzed and the climatic as well as its geographic features are elaborated to present a summary of situation of the surrounding protection structures and their energy consumption.The indoor environment of an inhabited building in Xi′an is under investigation and its energy consumption is measured.The study above reveals the poor heat working performance and other problems esp.in cold winter.In addition,its heat consumption seriously exceeds the critcrion ser by the state.This also highhights an enomous need in energy thrift reform with its surrounding structures.
