摘要
在构建和谐社会、倡导"以人为本"的社会环境中,城市道路交通参与者忍耐度已成为交通管理应考虑的诸多影响因素之一。为提高北京城市道路交通管理现代化水平,指导智能交通控制系统建设,在北京市的14个区以开放式调查问卷的形式开展数据调研工作,对3000份调查问卷的基础数据进行整理、归纳和统计,给出北京市行人和驾驶员在交叉口等待红灯时间的忍耐度水平推荐值,可为北京城市信号配时设计提供参考。
Traffic participants＇ waiting tolerance is one of the factors influencing the traffic management especially in the harmonious and humanistic society which is being advocated. In order to improve the level of traffic management and guide the intelligent traffic control system construction,the investigative questionnaires about traffic participants＇ waiting tolerance were surveyed in 14 districts in Beijing. From the analysis of 3 000 questionnaires,the level of traffic participants＇ waiting tolerance were suggested,which could be a reference in signal timing.
