摘要
根据区域交通运输的特点,研究区域节点的土地利用状况与节点间交通需求二者之间的直接关系,改进以往区域交通需求预测方法中节点土地利用模型,建立区域中各节点的土地利用状况与区域中节点间交通量直接相关的两步式区域节点土地利用模型,即按照"土地利用-交通需求预测"的程序建立区域节点土地利用模型,可优化预测过程,提高预测精度。
According to the characteristics of regional transport,the direct relationship between land use of regional nodes and traffic demand among nodes is analyzed,the traditional land use model for regional traffic demand forecast is improved,and then a two-step regional node land use model,which connects land use situations of each city in the area investigated with the traffic demand of the cities in the territory straightly,is established. The regional node land use model established according to the procedure of "land use-traffic demand forecast" can forecast the regional traffic demand briefly and accurately.
