摘要
柴河大桥工程的预应力混凝土梁单件重量大、数量多,且地处山区,施工中采用一台70t汽车吊和一台80t履带吊进行箱梁架设。介绍其预制场布置、运输与安装安排、吊车移动与安装就位等主要的吊装方法与安全技术措施,可供类似工程参考借鉴。
The amount and weight of prestrssed concrete girder component used in Chai River Bridge which is localed in mountain area are great. In the construction,a 70t autocrane and an 80t crawler crane are used to erect box girder. It introduces main lifting methods and safety measures such as the layout of casting yard,the arranging of transport and installation,the move of crane and so on,which can be consulted by similar engineering.
