摘要
通过对综放面的煤壁进行超前注水,使松软的煤体得到有效固结,既解决了采煤机割煤后尚未及时移架煤墙便会立即片帮和梁端顶煤冒落问题,又控制了顶板的不均匀下沉和冒落,取得了较好的综放面降尘效果,节省了用马丽散固结松软煤体的大量费用。
Using the method of advanced water injection of coal wall on fully-mechanized caving face,the soft coal body was consolidated effectively.The usage of above method could not only solve the problem of rob spalling and roof coal fall near beam immediately once shearers finish cutting coal and the supports are not moved in time,but also control the uneven roof subsidence and roof fall.This method achieved good dust suppression effects,and reduced the cost of malisan for consolidating soft coal body.
