Energy conservation and achieving positive sustainable development have become the development trend of coal enterprises.Energy conservation measures were implemented in Daping Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Industry（Group） Limited Liability Company,which made substantial economic and social benefit by practice.The paper respectively expounds that effect paths and concrete methods of realizing energy saving and reduce emissions in coal enterprises,such as the transformation of production processes and equipment,mine water reuse,recycling gas boiler and the corresponding energy conservation management.
