摘要
通过对高等级公路养护管理特点的分析,指出现阶段我国高等级公路养护管理存在的问题,并借鉴发达国家在公路养护管理方面的先进经验,从体制改革、法规建设、技术管理、养护机械化等方面,对我国高等级公路养护管理发展提出合理对策,可为政府决策部门的工程技术人员提供参考。
The problems of China＇s high-grade highway maintenance management at the present stage were pointed out by analysising the characteristics of high-grade highway maintenance managemen. Based on the advanced experience of maintenance management learned from developed countries, some reasonable measures about high-grade highway maintenance management were proposed from the system, laws and regulations, technology management, maintenance mechanized, etc. There are some reference to the engineers of government department.
