高等职业技术教育主要培养适应社会需要的高等技术应用型人才,教育过程应以工作岗位所需的知识、技能、能力、个性特质为导向,重点培养高职学生的职业技能,从专业设置、课程设计、实践教学体系、校园活动、职业素养等方面完善高职学生综合职业能力的培养模式。

Higher vocational technology education mainly aims to cultivate higher technical tal-ents to adapt to the social needs,the education process should be oriented by the knowledge,skill,ability and personality traits,emphasising to training the higher vocational students＇ professional skills.From professional setting,course design,teaching system,the campus activities and profes-sional qualities to perfect the training mode of comprehensive occupation ability of higher vocational students.
