山口岩水利枢纽施工过程中,由于各种因素的影响,导致大坝工期滞后约2个月,汛前大坝未达到原定设计度汛高程,在建工程安全度汛存在重大隐患.通过分析2009年度汛形势,确定采取措施加固上游围堰,确保主汛期大坝施工安全,并浇筑到一定高程,采取的工程及非工程措施保证了山口岩水利枢纽2009年安全度汛.

In the construction course of Shankouyan Reservoir and by the impact of various adverse factors,the preflood crest elevation didn＇t reach the designed elevation of flood control and the dam construction period delay two months.The constructin in process has great danger in flood control.Through analyzing 2009 flood control situation,the measures which strengthens the upstream cofferdam is made in order to assure the dam safety in flood period.And the construction of the dam reach a certain elevation.The engineering and non-engineering measures assured the project safety.
