摘要 针对国电铜陵发电有限公司2×600 MW超临界机组水处理系统投用后存在的一些问题,在机组调试和运行中对工业回水系统、净水系统、补给水系统、精处理系统、化学水工况等进行了优化。经设备改造及系统优化后,单机运行时可节约工业水80 kt以上,补给水系统混床周期制水量增加到45 kt,精处理混床周期制水量提高到200 kt。对下一步高速混床氨化运行、加氧工况的实施等进行了探讨。 Aiming at some problems of water treatment system during operation in Guo Dian Tougling Power Co. Ltd 600 MW supercritical unit,industrial backwater system, water purification system, make-up water system, polishing system, chemical water treatment regime were optimized for commissioning and operation of unit. After modification of equipment and optimization of system, it can save the industrial water 1 × 105 tons at least, and make the supply water system mixed-bed cycle of water and the refined processing mixed-bed system water cycle increase to 4.5× 104 tons, 2 × 105 tons respectively. This paper also discusses the high-speed mixed-bed ammonification and plus the implementation of oxygen for the next step.
