摘要 在固体培养基中加入一定浓度的Pb(NO3)(2Pb2+),从6份土壤样品中筛选到2株较强铅抗性的细菌JH13和Y7,经初步鉴定分别属于芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus)和节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)。将菌株JH13和Y7分别接种于不同环境条件中(添加PbCO30.02g的培养液、土样2中)进行沉淀态铅的活化试验。结果表明,培养液中活化态Pb2+含量比土样2中活化态Pb2+含量高。培养液中,菌株JH13和Y7的活化态Pb2+含量分别为1.809和1.513mg·L-1;土样2中,菌株JH13和Y7的活化态Pb2+含量分别为1.022和0.996mg·kg-1;两株菌对沉淀态铅都有很强的活化效能,且活化量高于对照达2倍之多。 Adding a certain concentration of Pb2+ to the certain medium. Two strong lead-resistant strains of microorganisms labeled as JH13 and Y7, were selected from six soil samples. J13 and Y7 belongs to Bacillus and Arthrobacter respectively through preliminary identification. J13 and Y7 were inoculated into different environment (culture medium and sample Ⅱ which added with PbCO3) and carried out activation test of lead in precipitation fraction. The results showed that the content of lead in active fraction of culture medium was more than that of sampleⅡ. The available lead content in JH13 and Y7 culture medium were 1.809 and 1.513 mg·L^-1, respectively, 1.022 and 0.996 mg·kg^-1 in sampleⅡ, respectively. Two strains of the precipitation has a strong lead in the activation state of perfor-mance, and the activation volume of about 2 times higher than the control.
