摘要
贵州某电厂一台1025t/h锅炉在运行过程中发生前墙冷灰斗处的水冷壁管爆破,采用了金相组织观察,化学成分分析及硬度试验等方法分析了水冷壁爆管的原因。结果表明:水冷壁管的强度偏低、焊接熔合线处过大的附加应力是爆破产生的主要原因。
The waterwall tubes of ash hopper in front wall of 1025t/h boiler burst during operation in a power plant in Guizhou. In this paper, the reasons of tube - bursting have been analyzed by means of metallographic analysis, chemical elements analysis , hardness testing, etc. The results show that the low cross - intensity of waterwall tubes and excessive additional stress in weld bonds are chief reasons of tube - bursting.
