综合自动化变电站监控系统调试涉及范围较广，目前尚没有完善的调试技术规范。试图通过近几年对110kV综合自动化变电站监控系统调试经验的总结，探讨监控系统调试步骤和技术规范，为以后的调试工作提供科学依据。探讨了变电站站端监控系统调试和变电站与监控系统、调度中心联调的技术规范和常见问题，并应用在110kV长岭变、云潭变，取得了很好的效果。

The extension of the debugging on the integrated automation transformer substation system being wide, a perfect debugging rule is not available nowadays. The paper discovers the step and the technique rule through the experience summary of the 1 lOkV integrated automation monitoring debugging transformer substation monitoring system in the recent years, providing the science foundation for the afterwards debugging work. The paper argues the common problem and the technique rule of the joint debugging between the transformer substation monitoring system debugging and monitoring system and dispatching centre. The results applying to the 110kV Changlin transformer substation and the 110kV Yuntan transformer substation gains good effect.
