摘要 300MW汽轮发电机定子槽楔发生松动,会导致定子线棒在电磁力作用下产生电磁振动,加剧定子线棒绝缘的机械磨损及槽内放电引起的绝缘腐蚀,直接威胁着发电机的安全运行。通过对300MW汽轮发电机槽楔松动过程进行分析研究,获取槽楔受迫振动条件下的位移特性来综合判断槽楔松动程度,并对槽楔位移测量值进行分析,能够准确地判断槽楔的松动情况。在电厂现场实测中验证了该检测方法对300MW汽轮发电机槽楔松动检测的准确性。 Stator bars may get into vibration fiercely caused by the electromagnetic force due to the existence of loose wedges in 300MW turbo - dynamo, which would accelerate the deterioration of the insulation system even make the generators step into calamity ultimately without any treatment. Analyzing the 300MW turbo - dynamo stator slot wedge loosening process enables us to get the shift property of the slot wedge under the forced oscillation, and then judge comprehensively analysis of the slot wedge shift measurement helps us judge the slot the slot wedge loosening degree. The wedge loosening correctly. The field survey in the power plant verifies the accuracy of the test method used to test the 300MW turbo - dynamo slot wedge loosening.
