The coal industry is the main industry in Liupanshui. The quality of the coal mine power supply is directly related to the life and possession security of the coal mine employees and influences the normal production and development of the various facets in the society. In order to fulfillments the harmonious development among the power grid, the coal mine, the others industries and the electrical use in Liupanshui.
