“用心点亮苗乡侗寨”企业文化建设的实践与探索

摘要 企业文化不是企业的规章制度,不是企业的营销策略,也不是企业的发展战略,本质实际是一种资源、是一种资本,反映的是企业愿景、企业战略目标、群体意识、价值观念、行为规范、使命和核心价值观。凯里供电局基于对南网文化的思考,打造自己特色的“用心点亮苗乡侗寨”企业文化建设,本质是南网文化在基层供电企业的落地生根,从企业文化的构建背景、特点、煅造历程、文化内涵、建设成效、深化与发展几个方面结合实际案例进行深入解读。 Enterprise culture is not rules and regulations, marketing strategies and development strategy of the enterprise, actually its essence is a resource and a kind of capital, which reflects vision of enterprise, strategic goal, group consciousness, values, behavior norms, mission and core values. Based on the thinking of SPG ( South Power Grid) culture, Kaili Power Supply Bureau builds self - characteristic enterprise culture construction of "Lighting Miao and Dong villages with heart", that is, SPG culture roots in primary power supply enterprises. This paper carries out further reading from construction background, features, forging process, cultural connotation, construction achievements, deepening and development which combined with actual cases.
