认识与把握核心竞技能力是运动训练的根本出路与基本着眼点。从竞技能力的整体视角,运用哲学方法论指导下矛盾分析的过程研究了核心竞技能力。核心竞技能力是在构成运动项目的主导竞技能力中,起核心作用的运动能力。它主要地决定着运动项目的性质,是运动训练的方向与主流。核心竞技能力的提出,符合两点论与重点论的统一。主导竞技能力与核心竞技能力的关系是主要矛盾及其主要矛盾的主要方面的辩证关系。在发展核心竞技能力中要注意认识与理解发展核心竞技能力的形式多样性,把握与明确发展核心竞技能力的内在规定性,研究与解决发展核心竞技能力的监控针对性。

The recognition and mastering of the core competitive capacity is the basic method and fundamental starting point.This paper investigates the core competitive capacity from the overall perspective of competitive capacity adopting the contradiction analytical process under the guidance of philosophical methodology.The core competitive capacity is the athletic ability which plays the core part in the forming of dominant competitive capacity in the sports programs.It mainly determines the nature of sports program and is the trend and maiostream of the sports training.The proposal of core competitive capacity is the unification of the doctrine that everything has two aspects and that everything has its key points.The relationship between the dominant competitive capacity and the core competitive capacity is the dialectical relation between the principal contradiction and the principal aspect of the principal contradiction.In the process of the development of core competitive capacity,the recognition and understanding of the diversity of form of the development of core competitive capacity shall be paid attention to,the inherent prescriptive of the development of core competitive capacity shall be mastered and defined,and the monitoring pertinency of the development of core competitive capacity shall be investigated and solved.
