The concept of campus culture,features,functions and value on the basis of the theory and practice from the perspective of strengthening the building of the campus sports and cultural responses;public opinion first,to create a campus atmosphere of a sports culture;to strengthen the organization and management;improve the overall quality of physical education teachers;a sound regulatory framework to strengthen school sports facilities;improve the health of the education system,expand physical education students learning level.
