摘要 随着世界磷矿资源的稀缺和贫化程度的加深,磷尾矿的回收利用越来越受到重视.采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、表面能谱、透射电子图像分析等现代测试方法,对磷尾矿的酸解动力学过程介微观现象进行了研究.研究结果表明,尾矿颗粒处于湍流状态、被一定浓度的液相主体包围着,反应从外表面到内部逐步深入;随着反应的进行,反应界面不再是一个面,而是逐渐形成一些硅骨架孔洞,随后扩散过程和化学反应过程同时存在,液相一边沿孔隙扩散,一边与孔壁上的物质进行反应,反应后的液相产物扩散至液相主体,固相产物沉积、阻塞孔洞、随局部过饱和度的变化发生CaSO4.0.5H2O到CaSO4.2H2O、CaSO4的转化,阻碍了物流的进一步扩散,直至反应完全,最后剩下充满复杂孔洞的硅质残骸及钙质覆盖膜. As the world's phosphate rock resource is being exhausted, it is increasingly important to recover and utilize phosphate tailings. The micro phenomena of reaction process of phosphate tailings in sulphuric acid are detected and studied by SEM, XRD, EDAX, TEM and other analysis methods. It is indicated that the reactive components can diffuse in the turbulent tailing particles through proceeding, the penetration and the reaction region will move a large amount of micro pores. With the reaction towards the center of the particles. The conversion from CasO4 · 0. 5H2O to CaSO4 · 2H2O and CaSO4 due to partial supersaturation impedes further diffusion. Finally after the reaction, there only remains the siliceous survival and calcareous coating.
