陈兰彬司法实践述略
摘要
陈兰彬是近代中国走向世界的先进人物之一,其一生亦官亦儒,均有建树,他清理积案,赈灾治水;监管留学,培育人才;维护人权,解救华工;晚年投身于教育和文化事业。从司法实践的角度去解读陈兰彬的人生,有积极意义。
