Inner-Party Democracy and Grass-Roots Democracy——Two Basic Routes for the Realization of Socialist Democratic Politics

人民民主是社会主义政治制度的本质特征。从内到外带动人民民主的党内民主和从下向上推动人民民主的基层民主是中国共产党人80多年革命和建设所取得的基本经验。党内民主和基层民主的结合必将推动中国社会主义民主政治健康有序的发展。

People＇s democracy is regarded as the key feature of political system of Socialism. The basic experiences, achieved by the CPC with 80 years＇ liberation and construction are inner-Party democracy both people＇ s democracy from interior to exterior and bringing along grass-roots one pushing forward people＇ s democracy from bottom to top. The combination of inner-Party＇ s democracy and grass-roots democracy will necessarily promote healthy and orderly development of China＇s democratic politics of Socialism.
