社会整合能力建设是提高党的执政水平、巩固党的执政地位的锐利武器。中国共产党在20世纪50年代和70年代分别进行了社会主义改造和改革。对二者进行历史比较分析,深入挖掘、研究、总结党的社会整合能力建设经验,是社会转型时期的一个重要课题。

The construction of social integration capability is a sharp weapon for the promotion of the Party＇ s ruling capability and for the reinforcement of its ruling position. The CPC makes socialist transformation and reform in 1950s and 1970s respectively. It is an important issue in social transitional period to historically and comparatively analyze both and to deeply excavate, study and summarize the experience of the construction of the Party＇s social integration capability.
