摘要
宁夏贫困地区实施退耕还林(草)工程以来,农村就业结构、产业结构变化较大,农民收入加快增长,生活、生产环境明显改善,生态条件发生积极变化,退耕还林(草)工程综合效益已经显现。
With the operation of the program of conversion of cropland to forest and grassland in Ningxia＇ s poor regions, the general benefits are appearing concerning great change of rural employment structure and industrial structure, fast growth of peasant＇s income, obvious improvement of environment on lives and production and positive progress of ecological situation.
