摘要
为了比较自主学习模式中学习者和教师角色的认识是否存在差异,对江苏大学英语教师和非英语专业学生进行问卷调查分析,结果表明,在所调查的观念引导者、心理协调者、组织管理者、监管评价者、活动设计者、促进监督者、咨询建议者、合作帮助者、资源提供者、语境营造者等角色上,大学英语教师在教学中所承担的实际角色和学生对教师的期待仍然有所差异。因此,建议大学英语教师转变角色适应自主学习新模式过程中,教师作为观念引导者,积极倡导自主学习观念,成为新理念的促进监督者;教师作为组织管理者,突出学生的主体地位,成为称职的监管评价者;教师作为课堂活动设计者,不断丰富课堂教学形式,成为活跃的语境营造者;教师作为咨询建议者,强化学习的广泛交流,成为新理念的心理协调者;教师作为资源提供者,拓展英语学习的资源数量,成为优秀的合作帮助者。
In order to find out whether there is any difference in how to look at college English teacher's role in the autonomous learning context between students and teachers,the data from a carefully designed questionnaire which has been answered by some college English teachers and non-English majors of Jiangsu University are analyzed.The result shows that differences still exist in how to look at college English teacher's role between teacher's practice in teaching process and student's expectation.A college English teachers' roles are thought to be a guide,a psychological coordinator,an organizer,an assessor,a class-designer,a facilitator,a counselor,a helper,a resource,and a context-producer.Accordingly,it is suggested that college English teachers actively change their out-of-date roles to adapt to the new autonomous learning context.
