温阳益气针灸方治疗气虚质单纯性肥胖症临床观察

Observations on the Clinical Therapeutic Effects of Yang-Warming and Qi-Benefiting Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy on Simple Obesity with Qi Deficiency

目的观察温阳益气针灸方治疗气虚质单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法将160例气虚质肥胖患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组运用温阳益气针灸方治疗,取穴中脘、气海、足三里(双)、天枢(双)、大横(双)、带脉(双)、阴陵泉(双)、脾俞(双),针刺得气后留针;气海(双)、足三里(双)加温针灸。对照组单纯运用针刺治疗(取穴同治疗组),针刺得气后留针,不用灸法。2组均每日治疗1次,每次30 min,治疗20次。结果治疗组临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05);2组体质量指数、腰围指数较治疗前均显著下降(P<0.05);治疗组的气虚偏颇程度大大改善(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气针灸方可调节气虚偏颇体质,有效治疗单纯性肥胖症,有临床推广价值。

OBJECTIVE The objective of this research is to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Yang-warming and Qi-benefiting Acupuncture and Moxibustion therapy on simple obesity with Qi deficiency.METHOD 160 cases of patients with Qi deficiency obesity were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group.80 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yang-Warming and Qi-Benefiting Acupuncture and Moxibustion Therapy ：[The points selected include Chungwan,Qihai,Zu Sanli（double）,Tian Shu（double）,Da Heng（double）,Dian Mai（doule）,Yi Lingquan（double）,Pi Yu（double）.Retaining needle after depi,and warming needle moxibustion was adopted on Qihai and Zu Sanli points.While the 80 cases in control group were treated with acupunctural therapy alone on the same points as that in the treatment group,retaining needle after depi.Moxibustion therapy was not employed in this group.Both groups were treated 30 minutes a time,once a day in 20 days.RESULT The total effective rates of the acupuncture and moxibustion group,the acupuncture group were 89.65% and 88.37%,respectively,with no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The BMI and waistline decreased in both group（P0.05）and the scoring of qi-deficiency constitution decreased in acupuncture and moxibustion group（P0.01）.CONCLUSION WenYang YiQi Formula can effectively regulate qi-deficiency constitution,which can be applied as a effective method for treating simple obesity.
