健脾消糖方改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床研究

Clinical Effect of Prescription for Invigorating Spleen to Reduce Sugar on the Insulin Resistance of Type 2 Diabetes Patients

目的:观察健脾消糖方改善2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法:将80例2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组服用盐酸二甲双胍和健脾消糖方加减,对照组单纯服用盐酸二甲双胍。2组疗程均为3个月,治疗前后分别检测空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(2hBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、血脂,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:2组治疗前后各项检测指标比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),组间比较治疗组检测指标更为理想(P<0.05)。结论:健脾消糖方对2型糖尿病有确切的临床疗效,而且能改善2型糖尿病患者的HOMA-IR,降低胰岛素抵抗。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of prescription for invigorating spleen to reduce sugar on the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 40 patients per group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with metformin hcl and the prescription for invigorating spleen to reduce sugar while the patients in the control group were simply treated with metformin hcl. Three months was a course of treatment. FPG, 2hBG, FINS, HbAlc, lipid and HOMA-IR were determined before and after the treatment. Results: The comparison of the indicators before and after the treatment showed a significance difference (P<0.01). The indicators of the treatment group were more ideal (P<0.05). Conclusion: The prescription for invigorating spleen to reduce sugar has a definitely clinical effect on the treatment of the type 2 diabetes patients and can improve their HOMA-IR and lower the insulin resistance.
