摘要
目的探讨社区卫生服务机构以胜任为基础的在岗医生培训模式的效果。方法对本院管辖的10所社区卫生服务站进行等距随机抽样,其中5所社区卫生服务站的47名在岗医生为试验组,其余5所的49名在岗医生为对照组。对照组采用传统的社区卫生服务机构医生继续教育培训方法 ,试验组采用以胜任为基础的培训模式进行培训。培训结束后对学员进行理论知识与技能考试,同时对社区卫生服务机构提供项目的开展情况进行评价。结果培训后两组理论考试成绩、技能考试成绩间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组对社区卫生服务机构提供项目开展情况的评价,除门诊基本医疗间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各项目比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区卫生服务机构以胜任为基础的在岗医生培训模式可有效提高社区医生的综合素质,有利于社区卫生服务机构综合服务项目的开展,达到人才培养、机构发展的双赢。
Objective To investigate the effect of eligibility - based training model for doctor on - the - job in community health organization. Methods Doctor who work in 10 health service stations managed by our hospital were divided into two groups by simple random sampling, 47 doctors in the trial group from 5 health service stations and 49 doctors in the control group from another 5 stations. The traditional method for continuing education was given in the control group while eligibility - based training model was taken in the trial group. At the end of training the trainees were given test on theoretical knowledge and tech- nique, and the developing conditions of service items supplied were assessed at the same time. Results After training there was significant difference in the marks of theoretical knowledge and technique between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). And there were significant differences in performances of service items supplied ( P 〈 0. 05 ), except for that in basic medical service (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The eligibility - based training model for doctor on - the - job in community health organization can effectively increase the comprehensive quality of doctors, which is propitious to the development of synthetic services so as to achieve both talent training and organization development.
