临床输液反应196例原因分析与防治

Clinical Transfusion Reaction:Causes,prevention and treatment with a report of 196 cases

目的分析临床输液反应发生的原因,从而减少其发生率,保证临床用药安全。方法分对我院3年来51个临床科室送检的196例输液反应病例进行分析。结果分引起输液反应的原因主要有药物、患者的体质、环境因素等。结论分合理用药,注意配伍,把好药品和输液器具质量关,严格遵守无菌操作规程,规范静脉输液的监控和管理,改善临床输液调配环境等是减少输液反应的关键。

Objective To analysis the causes for clinical transfusion reactions （TR） in order to reduce the incidence and to ensure clinical medication safety. Methods Totally 196 TR cases from 51 clinical divisions of our hospital in recent 3 years had been analyzed. Results Causes for TR mainly included the medicinal factor, individual diathesis of the patient, environmental factor and so on. Conclusion The keys to reduce clinical TR are rational drug use and compatibility, good qualities of drugs and transfusion equipments, compliance with sterile practice, standard monitoring and management of venous transfusion, and improvement of infusion and dispensing condition.
