上海市华泾镇社区卫生服务中心居民电子健康档案的建立、更新及利用情况分析

Creation,Update and Application of the Electronic Health Record in Huajingzhen Community Health Service Center in Shanghai

健康档案的利用是改善社区居民健康状况的有效方法之一。上海市徐汇区华泾镇社区卫生服务中心已在居民健康档案的信息化方面进行了多年的探索,积累了一些经验。本研究从居民电子健康档案的建立、更新及利用三个方面进行了阐述。

The application of the electronic health record is one of the best ways to improve the health of community residents. Five years has passed since the informatization of the electronic health records for the residents were explored in community health services centers of Huajing town in Xuhui district, Shanghai, and many experiences have been accumulated. In this paper the three aspects of creation, update and application of the electronic health record are discussed.
