摘要 目的探讨自由基损伤在急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征发病中的作用。方法对经颅脑CT或MRI证实的72例脑梗死伴代谢综合征患者和同期住院的110例脑梗死无代谢综合征患者及150对照者进行研究,所有受检者在入院时采用中国脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表(CSS)进行评分,并抽取静脉血测定血清铁蛋白、过氧化脂质(LPO)的水平及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果脑梗死伴代谢综合征组患者CSS评分为(17±2)分,急性脑梗死无代谢综合征组患者CSS评分为(13±3)评分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.73,P<0.05)。脑梗死伴代谢综合征组患者的血清铁蛋白、LPO水平高于脑梗死无代谢综合征组患者及对照者,而SOD、GSH-Px的活性低于脑梗死无代谢综合征组患者及对照者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自由基损伤可能是急性脑梗死合并代谢综合征的重要发病机制之一。 Objective To study the role of free radical injury in the development of acute cerebral infarction ( CI ) combined with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods A total of 72 CI patients with MS (group A), 110 without (group B) and 150 controls (group C ) were enrolled in this study. All patients were scored according to China Stroke Scales (CSS). Venous blood was collected to determine the levels of serum ferritin, lipid peroxide (LPO) and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH -Px). Results There was significant difference in CSS between groups A ( 17 ± 2 ) and B ( 13 ± 3 ) ( t = 2. 73, P 〈 0. 05 ). The levels of serum ferritin, LPO were significantly higher in group A than in groups B, C, but the activities of SOD, GSH - Px lower (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Free radical injury may be one of the important pathogenses of acute CI complicated by MS.
