20世纪90年代以来,中国的儿童文学创作发生了深刻的变化,它与传统文化、地域文化、现代文化和后现代文化构成了新的文化坐标。在这一坐标系中,中国儿童文学作家的民族文化人格开始形成,同时又在与西方现代文化的碰撞中,呈现出突围姿态。这样的文化坐标不是一个简单的空间指向,而是以儿童为中心的多方位的文化辐射。它沟通了过去、现在与未来的情感,缩短了儿童的现实与理想的差距,是儿童文学和儿童文化自身发展的迫切要求。

China＇s children literature,which has seen profound changes since 1990s,constitutes a new cultural coordinate together with traditional,regional,modern and post-modern cultures.Writers of children literature begin to show their national trait,blazing their way out in the collision with modern Western cultures.This coordinate is not just spatial,but also cultural,radiating from children literature to all aspects in culture.It connects the feelings of the past,the present and the future,shortening the distance between the reality and ideal of being children.It is the urgent requirement of the development of children＇s literature and children＇s culture themselves as well.
