On Value of Daqing Spirit to the Education of Contemporary University Students

大庆精神主要包括爱国主义精神、创业精神、求实精神和奉献精神，对于当前我国对大学生进行育人教育方面既是“催化剂”，又是“解毒剂”。一方面，它能够为大学生提供强大的精神动力；另一方面，它又能够防范和化解市场经济在大学生精神领域可能出现的负面影响。因为讲爱国，就是要居安思危，奋发图强；讲创业，就是要自力更生、艰苦奋斗；讲求实，就是要讲究科学、务求实效；讲奉献，就是要胸怀全局、多做贡献。用大庆精神育人，是大学生精神成人的需要。

Daqing Spirit includes patriotism, enterprising spirit, realistic spirit and spirit of devotion. On one hand, it can provide great spiritual motivation for university students, and on the other hand, it will prevent the negative effect of market economy on the spiritual field of university students. Patriotism means to be prepared for danger in times of safety and do all one can. Enterprising spirit means depending on oneself and work hard. Realistic spirit means to be based on scientific and realistic basis. Spirit of devotion means having the collective on mind and devote more. Educa- tion with Daqing spirit can help students to be spiritually mature.
