结核性胸膜炎引起胸膜增厚的纤维板剥脱术治疗(附120例手术分析)

Necessity of surgical treatment on tuberculous pleural thickening caused by attach surgery:analysis of 120 patients with surgical treatment

目的探讨结核性胸膜炎手术治疗的纤维板剥脱术方法体会。方法对120例结核性胸膜炎患者施手术治疗,观察疗效。结果所有结核性胸膜炎手术后临床治愈较高,无明显并发症发生。结论对结核性胸膜炎一旦出现包裹或胸膜明显增厚或出现了肺组织受压等情况应早发现、早治疗、早手术。

Objective To explore the surgical treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 120 cases with tuberculous pleurisy in our hospital from June 2006 to August 2009 accepted surgical treatment,and their clinical data and efficacy was analyzed statistically.Results All surgical patients recovered uneventfully,compression of lung tissue was completely re-expand.Conclusion Early detection of tuberculous pleurisy should be treated promptly,once the pleural thickening,chest deformities,lung compression and the formation of encapsulated pleurisy,should be operated in time.
