太湖猪早期胚胎发育及超微结构观察

The Observation of Early Embryos Development and Ultrastructure in Taihu Pigs

选用太湖后备母猪70头为试验组．40头大白猪为对照组。分别于配种后不同时间收集胚胎，观察早期胚胎发育及其超微结构。结果显示：大量的母猪早期胚胎发育阶段随时间不同而不同；而在同一时间内．少量胚胎发育阶段亦有不同，说明多胎动物卵子成熟和排出时间有先有后。

70 Taihu gilts were selected as experiment group, and 40 large-white pigs as control one.The development of early embryos was observed to establish a time table for the sequence of thedevelopment, and the Ultrastructure of embryos was also observed. Embryos were recovered at differenttime after matlng. The results have shown: The developmental stage of quite a lot of embryos wasdifferent at different time. On the contrary, the developmental stage of a little embryos was different atsame time. This indicated that Oocytc maturation and Ovulation time was different in pig. The embryosentered the uterus at 84 h after mating.
