摘要
运用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对双螺带搅拌釜、螺杆-螺带搅拌釜和INTERMIG式-螺带搅拌釜进行模拟。用GAMBIT建立流体的简化模型,采用多重参考系法处理搅拌桨区,对速度场、压力场和搅拌功率进行分析。结果表明,压力因素对浆型的选择影响较小,可以不考虑;速度场中组合浆对釜内流体流动有明显改善,且搅拌功率显著提高。综合考虑各影响因素,INTERMIG式-螺带组合桨是一种成功改进的组合桨。
The stimulation of double helical ribbon stirred tank、screw-helical ribbon stirred tank and INTERMIG-helical ribbon stirred tank was performed by using FLUENT,a kind of computational fluid dynamics soft.Simplified model was built by GAMBIT and the area of stirring paddle was dealt with multi-reference frame method(MRF).Velocity field、pressure field and stirring power were respectively studied.The results showed that the effect of pressure factor was less to impeller type selection,which could be neglected.In the velocity field,flow condition was obviously improved by using combined slurry and stirring power was improved remarkably.in summary,INTERMIG-helical ribbon stirred tank was a successful improved combined slurry.
