摘要
微流场的测量是目前微流体技术研究的一个难点。为了对微流场进行可视化测量,基于DPIV和LIF联用技术设计了一个微流场的测试系统。该系统以共焦成像的方式,同时测量微流场的速度场、温度场分布,为微流场的流动分析、热分析提供技术支持。所测得DPIV和LIF的图像经过处理,并用图像相关法将所得到结果进行测量。速度场用流动矢量图表示,温度场用伪彩色图表示,实现了对微流场的可视化测量。DPIV和LIF联用法具有可操作性好、测量精度、光路调节简单,测量时间短、效率高等优点。
The measurement of microflow field is a key point in microfluid research. A visualizing measurement system is proposed to observe the micro flow field with combining digital particle interference velocity meter and laser induce fluores- cence methods. This system utilizes co-focus optical scheme and measures the velocity and temperature simultaneously to pro- vide great convenient for the investigation of micro-flow field. The acquired images of DPIV and LIF are processed with digital image process techniques, and the results are computed by correlation method. The velocity field is indicated by vector image and the temperature field pseudocolor map. This combined measurement system has several advantages compared to its coun- terpart such as good operation, high precision, simply adjusting and high efficiency.
