摘要
介绍了一种自主研发的低功耗单片电子式电能表掉电监测及复位芯片ZH17X6,提出单片复位监控芯片ZH17X6在电子式电能表掉电监测以及系统复位的实际应用。并通过对比现有电子式电能表的常用电路,体现ZH17X6系列芯片在电子式电能表掉电监测以及系统复位等应用中低功耗、低成本、高集成度、高可靠性的优势,展示出ZH17X6在电子式电能表领域广泛的应用前景。
A new self-developed low-power power supply supervisory IC-ZH17X6 is introduced, and its application in electronic energy meters is proposed. ZH17X6 series can be used for power-down monitor and system reset in the electronic energy meters. Compared with the similar circuits which are currently used in the electronic energy meters, due to the CMOS technology. ZtI17X6 has the advantages of low power, low cost and robustness. A typical application circuit based on ZH17X6 for power-down monitor and system reset in the electronic energy meter is also included.
