快速测定血浆肌钙蛋白I、B型钠尿肽前体的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血浆快速测定肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、B型钠尿肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的临床应用。方法采用固相免疫层析法检测249例急性心血管疾病患者血浆cTnI、NT-pro BNP水平。结果急性心绞痛组cTnI、NT-pro BNP与对照组比较无统计学差异;急性心肌梗死组,cTnI明显升高;急性心力衰竭组,NT-pro BNP显著升高。结论血浆快速测定cTnI、NT-pro BNP对急性心血管疾病尤其是急性心肌梗死、急性心力衰竭的诊断有重要的临床意义。
