鼻面罩正压通气对老年术后低氧血症60例治疗分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价鼻面罩正压通气（CPAP）对老年术后低氧血症的治疗作用。方法 60例老年全麻术后合并低氧血症,年龄65~75岁,观察CPAP前后血压,心率,呼吸频率的变化,动脉血气分析的变化及患者的主诉。结果与使用面罩正压通气前相比,CPAP后1 h及4 h后患者的主诉及监护设备的检测值趋于稳定。结论早期应用面罩正压通气可明显改善全麻老年术后的肺功能,减少术后并发症的出现,缩短住院时间。
