零落型文化遗址群往往位置偏远,零散分布,破坏严重,保护不力,但具有重要的历史文化价值和旅游发展前景,如何做好保护与开发是当前一个重要而且突出的问题。新形势下村镇建设中零落型文化遗址群的保护与开发,是一个综合性的系统工程,要做到抓住时机,提高认识;抢救保护,规划先行;统盘考虑,多方联动;注重环境保护,有序开发旅游等。

Many scattered cultural relics sites are in remote areas,scattered,damaged and short of preservation,while they are of great potential for historical-cultural research and tourism expansion.Preservation and development of these relics sites is an important and prominent issue,a systematic project that requires utilization of good opportunities,recognition of significance,prompt preservation,proper prior planning,systematic consideration,active collaboration,attention to environmental protection and organized development of tourism.
